We had a such great stay in La Spezia near bus stop in front as well as the attractions and Cinque Tere. Its central location was convenient to a fine-arts museum. Also, it was based near train station.

Great experience with the family 👌. The hosts were really friendly and even hooked us up with a room that had a balcony. It was a fantastic spot for a family holiday and we all had a blast.

Staff was helpful and responsive, I loved that. A shower, hair dryers and a bidet were provided. Marvellous and excellent setting, just off a tunnel for almost the entire distance and supermarket and train. Plus it had location in the city center.

The facilities were top-notch, with a clean and comfortable apartment that had everything I needed. The host, Yulia, was incredibly helpful and even provided small touches like olive oil, tea. Great location, just a short walk from the train and ferry for exploring 5 Terre.
On the day of departure, there was no place to leave our luggage, forcing us to drag it around.

Conveniently located with balconies overlooking the main pedestrian area. Good facilities including a great bathroom, washing machine, and comfortable beds. Paid secure parking nearby. Supermarket open until midnight next to the apartment.

It's an excellent base for a wedding ceremony. Responsive staff knows how to make your stay very pleasant. The apartment has stunning views. It is located very close to restaurants, private parking, train station, and La Spezia. Not to mention that it is located in the center.

The paid parking inside the private garage was awesome! Very convenient to the train station. Staff, especially Yulia, was very helpful and responsive. the property was decorated and furnished with all you need for a comfortable stay. Close to a supermarket and local market. a recommended stay for a few days in La Spezia.
